What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms. Brainspotting is a simultaneous form of diagnosis and treatment, enhanced with Biolateral sound, which is deep, direct, and powerful yet focused and containing.
Brainspotting helps to create new neuro-pathways, stopping old patterns and allowing us to build new one quickly. We are then able to connect with people and situation in ways that give us personal security.
Resiliency begins to be the norm not only in our mental/emotional life, but in our physical body too. Relief from Pain and many other physical chronic issues, are typical with Brainspotting.
