Over time, we may realize that our past—or even our present circumstances—have limited our ability to live fully.
No matter when the trauma took place, we ALL deserve to heal and live a life free from the barriers that trauma builds.

What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms. Brainspotting is a simultaneous form of diagnosis and treatment, enhanced with Biolateral sound, which is deep, direct, and powerful yet focused and containing.
Brainspotting helps to create new neuro-pathways, stopping old patterns and allowing us to build new one quickly. We are then able to connect with people and situation in ways that give us personal security.
Resiliency begins to be the norm not only in our mental/emotional life, but in our physical body too. Relief from Pain and many other physical chronic issues, are typical with Brainspotting.

I’m Stephanie Henderson.
My coaching practice is trauma-informed and designed to support individuals who are sensitive to the effects of trauma. I integrate modalities such as Brainspotting, Somatic coaching and HeartMath to facilitate healing from a wide range of experiences, including:
Generational trauma
Preverbal trauma
Personal trauma (past and present)
Through this work, clients often experience meaningful relief and, in many cases, lasting restoration from challenges such as:
